  Mom made me some rice cereal. They bought some so they could start when the doctor said I was ready. Yuck. I don't think I like it. And it tastes the same whether its on a spoon or my hand. But this eating thing is kinda neat. I can't wait to try it again.

  I had my 4 month well baby visit today. I didn't like those shots and cried for 30 minutes at the sitters when Mom and Dad dropped me off. But then I took a good nap.
  
  The doctor said that I'm on the "fast development" track because I was rolling over from my back to belly for him. I like impressing doctors. He said that I'm doing so well that Mom and Dad can start solid foods if they want. I'm pretty excited because they always seem to have to good tasting stuff.

  Granddad and Nana came to see me today. They brought me a play yard that used to belong to Mommy's cousin Michael. They also brought Mommy a bunch of stuff from her childhood. Daddy was laughing at her.

  Our next door neighbor, Shelly, started babysitting me today while Mommy and Daddy are at work. She has 2 boys and a little girl who is 6 months older than me. Her kids are silly and make me laugh.
